Ap Eamcet  Web Counseling Procedure for 2013 step wise

  Students those who are going to attend the for Eamcet counseling 2013,They should have to follow the following steps.
 1. Registration
 2.Verification of Certificates
 3.Entry of Options or Options Entry at the center
 4.Options Entry Through Net
 5.Allotment of Seat
 6.Fees  Payment

Step -1(Registration)

Students will be call According to the rank wise at the counseling centers. At the counseling time students must and should have the rank card
 and all other required documents which are require counseling procedure.
In the counseling center  rank card and other required documents will produce to the respective officer by that particular student.
And they will give one verification form which should have to fill by the student .
whenever this one is completed they will call for certificate verification which is second step

Step-2(Verification of Certificates)

By based on the verification form  only they will verify your certificates.SC / ST / BC / Minority students caste certificates will check by the officer one officer.Rank Card, Income Certificate, All Educational certificates will be check by the another officer.

May be all those certificates will be check by the one officer it may be optional. After completion of certificate verification by the officers they will take all the original certificates  and they will give a receipt and will sent to the brief hall to explain the option entry and choosing of college and branch.

Step-3(options entry at the center)

Information Booklet will be given to the students. In that Booklet all the colleges list and their codes and Branch codes will be given.Students must have to kept their options in the options form. And take the guidelines from the briefing officer . This may be optional.

Step-4(Options entry through net)

This is the main step for  counselling process.

Students must reach any internet or net cafe  or system to enter their options on the particular student based on their issued  counselling date (Counselling or Web Options entry date will indicate at the time of verification). Students must open the website as http://apeamcet.nic.in (Open in Only Internet Explorer) which is for confidential and authentication purpose.

 In this to  log in, candidate has to choose  the candidate Registration. Click the Candidate Registration and Enter Password. Candidates should enter password two times. After the completion of registration account with new password. "Click here to Enter Options" click on that button to enter  options. Click the "Display Option Entry Form" to keep your options. After the completion of this task click the "Save and Log out" button to log out and to save the options. 

To Change the option candidates may follow the above order and change any time before the completion of web option dates.

Step-5(allotment of Seat)

After completion of options entry process Engineering / Medicine / Agriculture Seat will be allocate to the student according to the options was given by him/her. After the completion of Counselling Schedule students may download their allotment order by log in with their username and password.

Step-6(fees payment)

Students must have to download Callahan  or can get a helpline centers and has to pay fee at the respective bank (which was given at the time of counseling or by authority).
When the Joining in college he / she must show the allotment order and fee receipt at respective college
